APPLE BRANDY

Inspired by the tradition of calvados in North-West France, our Apple Brandy shows complexity and character.  

After patient aging in ex-fortified wine barrels, casks are carefully selected and blended to produce an elegant and outstanding spirit that shows layers of baked apple, sweet caramel and fruit cake aromatics.

Smooth and persistent. Enjoy as a digestif or with mature cheese or rich dessert.

Bottled at 42% alc/vol. 

Pommeau

Aged in small apple brandy casks for over 12 months, this rich and generous liqueur is a result of belnding pressed French and British heirloom apple varieties with our apple spirit.

Complex and well-structured with baked apple and spice, balanced with firm tannins and cask influence. 

Our take on the traditional aperitif from North-West France – enjoy as such or serve with blue cheese or dessert. 

Bottled at 18.2% alc/vol. 

APPLE SPIRIT

The purest aromatic expression of Tassie apples – Willie Smith’s cider twice distilled.

A classic eau-de-vie, you can drink it chilled as the French might or allow it to add an extra dimension to cocktails.

Or try our favourite: Apple Spirit served with Capi Native tonic water and a splash of bitters.  

Bottled at 43% alc/vol.

APPLE BRANDY – TOKAY RELEASE

An elegant single cask release – you’ll find macerated fruit, lifted floral notes and toasty oak.

This 120L ex tokay cask was filled in August 2013 and the spirit bottled in December 2017.

Bottled at 40% alc/vol.

APPLE BRANDY – MUSCAT RELEASE

This single cask release was matured in an 120L ex muscat barrel, filled in August 2013 and bottled in April 2017.

The barrel has delivered a whole tonne of complexity resulting in a rich spirit that bursts with dried muscatel and dark chocolate aromas.

Bottled at 40% alc/vol.
